Freeze dryer for restaurants, cocktail bars and catering.
The LyoCook freeze dryer is designed for use in fine dining restaurants, cocktail bars and catering.
It is a desktop unit, easy to use and has very low maintenance requirements.
After placing the frozen product on its trays, the LyoCook will start an automatic freeze-drying process, sublimating the product’s water and thus preserving its organoleptic characteristicsin an exceptional way.
Freeze-dried products have a high degree of preservation without the need to be refrigerated.
