Allergens: Soya, wheat.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

Origin: Japan.

Packaging: 300 ml glass bottle.

Producer: Shibanuma has a long history in the production of soy sauces.

Shibanuma was founded in 1688 (Edo period) in Ibaraki prefecture (north of Tokyo).

Its current president, Mr Shibanuma, is the 18th generation of Shibanuma since the company was founded in the 17th century.

Shibanuma continues to use traditional methods to produce soy sauce.

In particular, it continues to use wooden barrels, some of which date back to the Meiji era (late 19th century): these are used to produce sauces of exceptional quality.
