Trimoline is a crystallizable sugar that helps maintain freshness and softness for a longer period of time.
This product should not be subjected to significant temperature variations and should not be kept in direct sunlight.
Trimoline has a higher dry content than any other “alternative” and has therefore always been the reference for bakers and confectioners.

It also improves the texture and smoothness of fillings and ganache.
