What is the VEGETALGËL?

Vegetalgël is a gelling agent of vegetable origin obtained from various hydrocolloids. This gelling agent has the ability to produce very elastic gels and has a good water absorption capacity. It is particularly suitable for use in fruit glazing.

Instructions for use:

To use Vegetalgël, it is necessary to dissolve the ingredients with vigorous stirring. The mixture should then be heated to at least 65oC, although boiling is recommended. Once the right temperature has been reached, the mixture should be removed from the heat and poured into the desired mould. Finally, gelation is allowed to occur either at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Usual dosage:

Typical dosages of Vegetalgël usually vary around 50 grams per kilogram of product, depending on the specific application. Format:
